If a reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, no worries—we’ll refund up to ₹120 for your courier costs once you email us the receipt. Just make sure the item’s in its original condition, tags intact. No tag, no return!

A: Yup! If you’ve removed the tags we can’t accept the return or exchange. These items are yours to love forever! 💖

A: We’ve got you covered! Once your exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup, and your shiny new item will be processed in 1-2 working days. Expect it at your doorstep within 7-8 days (sooner if the fashion gods smile upon us 😉). Remember, once an item is exchanged, there’s no going back—no further exchanges or refunds on that order.

 

Q: How long until I get my refund?

A: After we pick up your item (in 2-3 days), it heads to our warehouse for a quality check. Once it passes (we’re quick but thorough!), we’ll process your refund within 24 hours. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank details via email. If you paid online, the refund would automatically go back to your original payment method. Just a heads up, shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

 

Q: Can I opt for a coupon code instead of a refund?

A: Absolutely! If you go for a coupon code, it works the same way. Once your return passes the quality check, we’ll send the coupon to your email and WhatsApp within 24 hours, so you can shop again in no time!
