Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
In some cases, delivery may take 7–10 business days due to:
• Remote or non-metro locations
• Courier partner constraints
• Weather or regional restrictions
Delivery timelines are estimates and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
How can I track my order?

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds - Dennison 100
What is the return/exchange policy?
Dennison offers a 100-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery on eligible products.
How does Dennison 100 work?
• Return Window: Initiate returns or exchanges within 100 days of delivery
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact
• Quality Check: All returns are subject to inspection before approval
Exchanges
You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or another product of equal or higher value.
Only one exchange is allowed per item.
Refunds
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunds are issued as Dennison store credit
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Reverse Pickup
We arrange reverse pickup where service is available.
If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product and we’ll reimburse up to ₹120 upon submission of a valid receipt.
