DENNISON 100 – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
100 Days. Zero Pressure.
At Dennison, we believe great clothing should come with confidence-not urgency.
That’s why we’ve introduced DENNISON 100, a site-wide 100-day return and exchange policy designed to give our customers the time and assurance they deserve.
This policy reflects our belief in the quality of our products while maintaining fairness and discipline for both customers and the brand.
🕒 Return & Exchange Window
- Customers may request a return or exchange within 100 days from the date of delivery.
- Requests made after this window will not be eligible.
🔁 Exchanges
- Products can be exchanged for:
- A different size
- A different colour
- Another product of equal or higher value.
- Only one exchange is permitted per order.
- Exchange requests are processed within 1-2 working days after successful pickup and quality inspection.
- Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary based on location and availability.
📦 Conditions for Return & Exchange (Mandatory)
To ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Original tags and the secured/unbroken tag loop must be intact
- Product must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Items showing any signs of:
- Wear or trial use
- Washing
- Odour
- Stains
- Alterations
- Fabric damage
will not be accepted after inspection
All returned items are subject to a quality check (QC) before approval.
🔖 Tag Loop Policy (Critical Clause)
- Every Dennison product is shipped with a secured tag loop
- The tag loop must remain intact, uncut, and untampered
- The tag loop is the primary indicator of product usage
- Any return, exchange, or RTO without an intact tag loop will be automatically rejected
Removal or damage to the tag loop indicates that the product has been used and is therefore ineligible for return or exchange.
💳 Refunds

Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. -
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds are issued as Dennison Store Credit only. - Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after QC approval.
🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping
- Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product.
- Courier charges up to ₹120 will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid receipt.
🔄 RTO (Return to Origin) Orders
- RTO orders are also subject to QC and tag loop verification.
- Products received back in used condition or without intact tag loops will not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds for eligible RTOs follow the same refund rules mentioned above.
⚠️ Fair Use & Exceptions
Dennison reserves the right to:
- Decline returns or exchanges that fail quality inspection
- Limit or refuse requests in cases of excessive or abnormal usage of the policy
- Modify or restrict return eligibility for:
- Clearance products
- Special sale items
- Deeply discounted products
These decisions are made to maintain fairness and protect product quality for all customers.
📹 Quality Assurance Advisory
We strongly recommend customers:
- Record an unboxing video
- Retain the invoice and packaging
This helps in faster and smoother resolution of any concerns.
