By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By using this Site, you agree that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
  • All information provided by you is true, accurate, and up to date
  • You will not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes

Dennison reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including text, images, designs, logos, graphics, videos, and downloadable material—is the exclusive property of Dennison Fashion India Private Limited.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However:

  • Minor variations in colour may occur due to screen differences
  • Minor variations in measurements may occur due to manufacturing tolerances

Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for claims.

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • UPI
  • Wallets
  • Other payment options made available on the Site

By placing an order, you authorize Dennison to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
Orders suspected of fraud or misuse may be cancelled at our discretion.

6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION

  • Dennison reserves the right to accept or reject any order
  • Orders may be cancelled due to stock unavailability, payment issues, incorrect address details, or verification failure
  • If payment has been processed and the order is cancelled by Dennison, a full refund will be initiated

COD orders may be verified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics or force majeure events

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Dennison is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY (DENNISON 100)

Dennison offers a 100-day return and exchange policy on eligible products, subject to the following:

Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags and secured tag loop must be intact
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection (QC)

Exchanges

  • One exchange permitted per order
  • Exchange allowed for size, colour, or higher-value product

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded as Dennison Store Credit only
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

Reverse Pickup

  • Arranged where serviceable
  • If unavailable, self-shipping is permitted (₹120 reimbursement with valid receipt)

Certain clearance or special sale products may have restricted eligibility.

9. RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO)

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Unreachable contact details

will be treated as RTO. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed only after QC approval.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dennison Fashion India Private Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Minor product variations
  • Losses arising from misuse of products
  • Technical issues or temporary Site unavailability

Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dennison Fashion India Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of the Site
  • Breach of applicable laws

12. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Dennison does not sell customer data to third parties.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Dennison reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of such changes.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Madhya Pradesh.
