RETURN POLICY – DENNISON 100

100 Days. Zero Pressure.

At Dennison, we believe shopping should come with confidence, not urgency.
To give our customers complete peace of mind, we offer a 100-day return and exchange window on eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined below.


🕒 Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 100 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests raised after 100 days will not be eligible.
    (A ₹99 return/exchange fee will be applicable per request.)

📦 Eligibility Conditions (Mandatory)

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Original tags and secured tag loop must be intact
  • Product must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Items showing signs of:
    • Wear or trial use
    • Washing
    • Odour
    • Stains
    • Alterations
    • Damage will not be accepted after inspection

All returns are subject to a quality check (QC) upon receipt.


🔖 Tag Loop Policy (Important)

  • Every Dennison product is shipped with a secured tag loop
  • The tag loop must remain intact, uncut, and untampered
  • The tag loop is used to verify product usage

Any return, exchange, or RTO without an intact tag loop will be rejected, as removal of the tag loop indicates product usage.


🔁 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size change
    • Colour change
    • Another product of equal or higher value
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order
  • Exchange orders are processed within 1–2 working days after pickup and QC approval
  • Delivery timelines may vary by location

Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further return or exchange will be applicable on that order.


💳 Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Refunded to the original mode of payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
    Refunded as Dennison Store Credit only
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are initiated within 24 hours after QC approval

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product
  • Courier charges up to ₹120 will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid courier receipt

🔄 RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

  • RTO orders are subject to QC and tag loop verification
  • Products returned in used condition or without intact tag loops will not be eligible for refunds
  • Refunds for eligible RTOs follow the same refund rules mentioned above

⚠️ Exceptions & Fair-Use Policy

Dennison reserves the right to:

  • Decline returns that fail quality inspection
  • Limit or refuse returns in cases of excessive or abnormal usage of the policy
  • Modify or restrict return eligibility for:
    • Clearance items
    • Special sale products
    • Deeply discounted orders

These conditions are in place to ensure fairness and maintain product quality for all customers.


📹 Quality Assurance Advisory

For seamless returns, customers are advised to:

  • Record an unboxing video
  • Retain the invoice and packaging label

This helps in faster and smoother resolution of concerns.
