BOGO Sale Policy (Returns & Exchange)

During the BOGO Sale period, returns will not be accepted on any orders.

However, we do offer exchange under the following conditions:
Exchanges are allowed only once per order
Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags and tagloop must be intact.
Exchange is applicable for size or product change (subject to availability)
An exchange handling fee of ₹99 will be applicable 

The BOGO Sale return and refund entire policy will supersede all other refund policies for purchases made during the BOGO Sale.

Refunds:

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD orders: Refunded as store credit

Exchanges:

• Allowed once per item for a different size, color, or product of equal/higher value (price difference applicable)

Report damaged/incorrect items within 36 hours of delivery Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
